The Selby Foundation’s last dollar funding model for Selby Scholars was recently strengthened, thanks to a volunteer Task Force with members representing higher education, student mentors, board leaders, and a Selby Foundation alumnus. Our long-standing renewable scholarships support students for up to four years of undergraduate studies. We will use new calculations to meet a greater portion of remaining funding gaps for many students who have outstanding costs of attendance after financial aid.
In addition to the funds awarded for education, the Selby Foundation works with partners to offer students mental health resources, budgeting and investment strategies, mentorships, and connections to other scholars to keep them successful in school and beyond.
The application for the Selby Scholarship opens on January 1, 2026. Email KWomack@SelbyFdn.org for more information.
